Adcom Gcd-575 Cd Player

This listing is for one ADCOM GCD-575 CD Player with remote. It looks very good, turns on and plays. It sounds and plays well but it seems to skip on scratched CDs easily. It even seems to skip if slightly jostled like walking heavily near it. I am told that's a sign that it needs cleaning, but I have no idea how to do that. It is sold as is with no returns.
