This item seems like it powers on because the power light light up as shown in pictures.
The screen did not light up at all, there is no digits shown on the screen. I plugged in both power cords into the power outlet.
When I tried to open up the cd compartment it does open with a little help, I am assuming it has to do something with the belt.
