Price is for Black Gate capacitor in new condition.  It is best for cd player coupling capacitor or solid state amplifier capacitor. Black Gate is magical for upgrading electrolytic caps in the tube amplifier or solid state amplifiers. I paid top price for this Black Gate for upgrading my Studer A727 cd player, however, I have not started the project since I bought it.  It should be a major sonic improvement over the old caps in vintage Studer Revox CD players and Philips CD players, but I sold the studier already.
