Hot Wheels Am/fm Radio Cd Player

This radio is preowned, and listed as parts only. The top section of the antenna is missing, but the radio part still works. It seems to pick up radio stations fine. It doesn't want to play a CD though, it pops up the word No on the little screen. It has scratches, scuffs smudges and needs cleaning but I’m not sure how much it will clean up. It does include a newsboys cd inside and takes 1.5v batteries (not included), or a cord that is included.
