Kids Toy Cd Player

I put new batteries in but it had been sitting for a while and there was some corrosion in the battery compartment.  it does work and would probably be perfect if the corrosion is cleaned out. it just takes pushing the button a few times to get it to play. other than that, its not beat up.  its very cute.  it comes with one CD.   there is not a brand name that I can see. In checking this our further, it is not the battery compartment that has the issue.  That is fine and all the corrosion has been cleaned out. The lid shuts fine but the problem is, it doesn't shut snug enough so if I'm holding it with my thumb on the door, it is perfect. There is a spring that causes the lid to go up and down.  I'm not sure if there is a way to tighten that but if that is possible, it will work fine. I also noticed that there should be other cd's.  This belonged to my granddaughter and she kept it at my house.  I can't imagine throwing them away.  they have to be somewhere but I have not had the time to go digging through totes.  If you decide to purchase this, I will hang on to your address and if I find them, I will mail them to you.  That's all I can promise.  It just won't be anytime real soon.  I'm sorry. But it does come with 1 CD.
