Vintage SONY D-14 CD Player / Discman

The CD Player is being sold AS IS / FOR PARTS. Device shows scratches and wear along with some dust from storage. Long scratch on display portion as seen in photos. Chipped paint on bottom of device. May have other issues I was not able to test or spot. When connected to the EBP-300 battery pack it displays text on screen, but I was not able to get the disc to spin up and play. Device will not power on without battery pack or ac adapter (not included)
