You're buying the radio that you see. Included are 4 spacers as well as 4 bolts for mounting. Additional washers or spacers may be necessary for your application. Original remote and manual included. The remote shows a bit of age. The radio has a few small nicks here or there, but the CD player works great (does not like scratched CD's though), FM stations come in great, timer works, volume works, speaker isn't blown.
