Nice cosmetic condition Yamaha CD Player model CD-28
When this play, it sounds very good. Was listening to some old music with a good set of cans and boy, the sound is so good.
The problem: it has trouble reading a disc. Especially the first track of a disc. Tried several discs, very clean disc, and it seems to have the most trouble with the first track. And when it does pick it up it starts at 30 seconds or a minute into the first track.
The next tracks, 2+, on a disc it can read fine most of the time. Not all the time.
I already replaced the 2 belts inside, one for the drawer and one for the head drive, so you're good to go there. I also lubed the rails. That didn't solve the issue.
