Stes for belt replacent.
1. Remove side screws for top cover
2. Cam gear system to open and close tray. remove center screw will give you access to the old belt.
note: belt is either missing or starting to "liquify" and become gelatinous or gummy.
You will need to remove all of old belt. Alsohol, toothpick and paper tower and removing all debris on the pulleys.
Sometime it's easier to remove the TINY C-clip very very carefully that it does not fly away from you.
3. Install new belt and reassemble.
I ALSO PROVIDE MODIFICATION TO THIS WONDER CD PLAYER BY REPLACING CAPAICTORS AND OPAMPS. Please contact me regards to the belt kit or the mods.
